Doctor in Management Engineering (cum laude) from the Technical University of Madrid, she holds a Double Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Law, as well as a Master's Degree in Advanced Auditing and Accounting from Rey Juan Carlos University. She is accredited as an Associate Professor by the Spanish National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA).

She is currently an Assistant Professor of Business Organization at Rey Juan Carlos University, within the Department of Business Economics, Applied Economics II and Fundamentals of Economic Analysis.

Characterized by a strong interdisciplinary profile, her research focuses on improving decision-making in complex and uncertain organizational environments. Using fuzzy logic, she develops Fuzzy Inference Systems (FIS) implemented in MATLAB to model uncertainty and support managerial decision-making. She also employs fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to examine how different combinations of conditions lead to organizational outcomes. Her work has contributed to the study of risk analysis, strategic human capital management, and organizational performance. In addition, she explores the impact of digital transformation on organizations and the challenges and opportunities arising from technological change.
