  • Experienced practitioner (25+ year) in Construction, Project Management and Real Estate sectors leading multidisciplinary teams in diverse countries. Holder of outstanding international certifications in sustainability construction (LEED, ENVISION), project management (PMP) and Real Estate (MRICS). After completing his PhD in April 2017, his career is focused on Academia where he has taught in some Mexican and Spanish universities. Currently, he is researching in sustainable development where sustainability principles are applied to several fields inter alia, urban development, resilience, vulnerability, smart cities, construction, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability assessment. National Researcher (Level I) Mexican Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) from 2019-2021. Maria Zambrano Fellow from 2022 to 2024 at University of Oviedo.
