  • MI ANDADURA PROFESIONAL comienza en 1992, distinguiéndose varias etapas en ella, que paso a describir: 1992- 1995: TRABAJO ASISTENCIAL EN EL AREA DE GERIATRIA. H. DE GETAFE. FORMACION POSTGRADO, ASISTENCIA A CONGRESOS Y PUBLICACION orientada al contexto de la enfermería geriátrica. 1995 - 2002: ETAPA DE TRANSICION PROFESIONAL: 1995 Incorporación al H. Gregorio Marañón, TRAS SUPERAR UN CONCURSO- OPOSICIÓN EN LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID. 1998-2002: ETAPA CLAVE EN MI TRAYECTORIA PROFESIONAL, MUY PROLÍFICA EN FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA, INCURSIÓN EN EL MUNDO DE LA GESTIÓN Y PROGRESIÓN EN EL ORGANIGRAMA del Hospital. 2º Premio de Investigación de la Comunidad de Madrid, miembro activo de subcomités de calidad de registros y Seguridad y salud. 2000: Comienza mi trabajo como DOCENTE EN LA URJC, MIEMBRO DEL SUBCOMITE DE NORMALIZACION DEL PROYECTO NIPE Y COLABORO EN 3 PROYECTOS DE INVESTIGACION UNO DE ELLOS, SUBVENCIONADO POR EL FIS. 2002- 2005. Nombramiento como SUBIDRECTORA DE ENFERMERIA del H. Gregorio Marañón. SE MANTIENE EL VINCULO CON LA UNIVERSIDAD COMO PROFESOR ASOCIADO 4+4, destacando por un lado la ASISTENCIA AL DIPLOMA DE DIRECCION DE SERVICIOS INTEGRADOS EN SALUD EN ESADE, BARCELONA, 2003- 2004, y por otro el ATENTADO TERRORISTA EL 11M- 2 2004, origen de ponencias como invitada en JORNADAS, CONGRESOS... por MI CONOCIMIENTO EN ASPECTOS ORGANIZATIVOS DE UN HOSPITAL FRENTE A UNA CATÁSTROFE. Asesoramiento proyecto de Carrera Profesional de la Comunidad de Madrid. 2005. EXCEDENCIA VOLUNTARIA EN EL H.G.U. Marañón. INCORPORACIÓN A TIEMPO COMPLETO en la URJC COMO PROFESOR COLABORADOR. Acreditación ANECA. PARALELAMENTE INCURSION en el terreno de la Cooperación, como DOCENTE y ASESORA TÉCNICA EN VARIOS PROYECTOS de la ONG: FUDEN, con la financiación de la AECID y comunidades autónomas EN GUINEA ECUATORIAL Máster en Epidemiología y Salud Publica. URJC. 2010-2011. ESTANCIA PREDOCTORAL EN LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE GUINEA ECUATORIAL. Fase de recogida de datos de la tesis doctoral. Lectura de la tesis: 18DIC 2015. CUMLAUDE 2016-2021. ACREDITACIÓN DOCENTIA 2016 2019, 2023. ESTANCIA INVESTIGACIÓN POST DOCTORAL EN A CORUÑA. CONTABILIZADAS 12 PUBLICACIONES DE ARTÍCULOS EN JCR, MÁS DE 75 APORTACIONES EN CONGRESOS INTERNACIONALES, tipo ponencia invitada o comunicación tipo póster. CONTABILIZADAS: 4.037 HORAS LECTIVAS IMPARTIDAS EN EL GRADO/DIPLOMATURA DE ENFERMERÍA DE LA URJC, COMO PROFESOR COLABORADOR. 75% de las valoraciones docentes sup a 4.5 sobre 5. DOCENCIA EN EL MÁSTER DE CUIDADOS CRÍTICOS URJC y en el EXPERTO en URGENCIAS Y EMERGENCIAS. Tutorización de TFG, TFM, Miembro Comisión de Garantía de Calidad del Grado en la URJC+ Comisión permanente del Dep. Enfermería + Claustro 2016-2018. TUTOR INTEGRAL COHORTE 2014-2018 + Coordinadora de practicum en el Grado.
    Acreditación por ANECA como Contratado Doctor en Febrero 2023.
