Assistant professor at University Rey Juan Carlos (URJC). He is part of the Visualization and Graphics Laboratory (VG-Lab) of the Modeling and Virtual Reality Group (GMRV). Degree in Computer Engineering at University Alcalá de Henares, BSc in Videogames Development at Glyndwr University, Wales, Masters in Computer Graphics, Videogames and Virtual Reality at URJC; and PhD in Computer Science from the URJC in 2019. Co-author of 5 publications in JCR journals. He colaborated in various research projects, also participating in related conferences: 2 national projects: Cajal Blue Brain (CSIC) and Nuevos Avances en Visualización Analítica (NAVAN); and 1 international, the Human Brain Project. His main research has been conducted in the fields of analytic visualization for brain simulations and morphological details in the field of computational neuroscience, colaborating with 2 foreign research groups in EPFL and RWTH Aachen universities, as well as the Jülich Forschungszentrum. His main research lines are scientific data visualization, computer graphics, high performance computing and virtual reality. He has also experience in the private industry, working for several years in state-of-the-art technology companies related to research and innovation in the fields of computer graphics, simulation, virtual/augmented reality and serious games.
